Ryan Vickers claimed his third Omologato Pole Position of the 2024 Bennetts British Superbike Championship for OMG GRILLA Yamaha Racing at Brands Hatch, edging ahead of Danny Kent in the final stages by just 0.093s.
Vickers toppled Kent and the McAMS Racing Yamaha team from the top with Glenn Irwin surging into third to complete the front row for Hager PBM Ducati.
Reigning champion Tommy Bridewell looked set to move onto the front row, but a huge moment exiting Clearways meant he would have to start from fifth on the grid as FHO Racing BMW Motorrad’s Josh Brookes climbed up to fourth.
Leon Haslam and ROKiT Haslam Racing BMW Motorrad completed the second row, easing Jason O'Halloran into seventh place and Kyle Ryde progressing through Speedy Hire Q1 to end Q2 in eighth place. Christian Iddon heads the third row with Danny Buchan completing the top ten.
