Donington Hall Estate
MotorSport Vision (MSV) purchased the freehold of the Donington Hall Estate in 2021, comprising Donington Hall itself, former office building Hastings House and the Lansdowne workshops building. The estate is set in 28 acres of grounds next to the MSV-operated Donington Park race circuit in the East Midlands.
MSV is currently developing the spectacular 1790 Grade II* listed Donington Hall property into a superb 49-bedroom luxury hotel, reinstating the historic association with the Donington Park motor racing circuit. This includes a restoration of the mile-long, landscaped driveway entrance which connects the Hall to the race track itself.
MSV is also transforming the adjacent Hastings House building into the state-of-the-art Donington Hall Motorhouse, which aims to be the UK’s most prestigious stabling facility for supercars and classic road and racing cars. The Motorhouse will include extensive conference facilities.
The Hotel and Motorhouse are both scheduled to open in spring 2026.
