Grandstand seats

There are a very limited number of grandstand seats still available at the Club Hairpin for Sunday and Monday as well as a small number of seats at Charlie’s Exit on Monday only. Tickets can be purchased from the venue office. Prices start at £20 on Sunday and £30 on Monday.

General parking

All public parking is in the South Car Park (from Horncastle direction) or the North Car Park (from Louth direction).

Any vehicles parked outside of these areas without the correct pass or authorisation will be removed for security reasons.

Please note: strictly no vehicles should be left in the North Car Park overnight from Friday to Monday – anyone found to be attempting to camp in this area will be charged a £150 per person release fee.

Bike parking

All bike parking is at the main gate on grass. If required, stands will be provided.

Helmet and leather storage will again be provided by the Rotary Club for a small charitable donation. This is located in the bike park itself.

Blue badge parking

Blue badge holders will be given access to in-venue parking at Mountain Valley and the viewing platform between Park Corner and Chris Curve.

There will also be a disabled viewing area at Charlie’s Exit with limited availability on all three days. Vehicles with blue badges may transit between these parking areas, but any vehicle roaming outside of this is strictly prohibited.

We have a vehicle and driver available to assist our guests who may have mobility issues, but who do not have a blue badge. If you require mobility support, please call the office on 01507 343 248 and our team will be happy to help.

Camping – SOLD OUT

Camping at the circuit is now sold out for this weekend and there will be no availability on the gate. Click here for a listing of local accommodation and click here for alternative campsites.

The campsite will open at midday on Friday 25 August and close at midday on Tuesday 29 August. Please do not arrive before this time. There is no holding area and you will be moved on from the roadside. There should be no unnecessary vehicle movement in either campsite.

On arrival, security staff will issue a wristband to each person in the group for the relevant campsite. There will be no entry to the campsite without the wristband.

Live music and entertainment

There will be live music during the evenings in the campsite from 8-11pm on Saturday and Sunday night. The bands performing are:

Saturday: Conspiracy Rising

Sunday: Stolen Fridays

Trade Village

A trade area will be in operation all weekend, with dealers and manufacturers represented, plus championship partners and stalls selling parts, accessories and rider and team merchandise. Included in the Trade Village will be stands for Completely Motorbikes, eBay and the Milwaukee trade truck.

Bennetts signings

There will be two dedicated autograph sessions featuring Bennetts BSB riders during the weekend at the Bennetts stand in the trade area. These are:

Saturday 2pm: Jason O’Halloran

Monday 11:30am: Peter Hickman

Big screens

To help fans keep up with all the action there will be large screens showing all of Monday’s action at the main Spectator Bank, Charlie’s Exit and Gooseneck.

On Sunday, there will be a big screen located at the main Spectator Bank only.

Programmes

Programmes can be purchased from the ticket booths for £8 upon arrival.

BSB Radio presented by Kawasaki K-Options

BSB Radio presented by Kawasaki K-Options will be broadcasting live commentary, interviews and spectator information throughout the weekend. This will be on 87.7FM.

Cash machine

A cash machine will be in operation at the venue office from 11am on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Charges will apply.

Motorised vehicles

The use of motorised paddock vehicles – except mobility scooters – is strictly prohibited. This includes e-scooters, go-peds, mini motos, kids’ ride-on vehicles and electric bikes of any kind.

Repeated use of motorised vehicles in the campsites or anywhere in the venue could results in the user being asked to leave the premises.

Gazebos and other structures

You are welcome to bring small, open fronted tents and other small outdoor structures (without sides) to general spectator areas, but we reserve the right to take down larger gazebos and other similar temporary structures if we consider them dangerous, or they obscure the views of others. Please be considerate to those around you and speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns.

Here to help

Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

In recent weeks various sporting events have been targeted by protest groups. There are potentially lethal consequences from entering a live motor racing circuit, so we urge everyone on site to be vigilant this weekend.

In addition to event stewards, security and race marshals, and all their communications and surveillance tools, we are implementing a “TrackSafe” alert system at Bennetts BSB events.

Race fans can now raise concerns by texting “BSB“ to 60777, followed by a grid reference of the location and a brief description of any potential or evolving track incursion. Click here to view a grid reference map. Thank you for your support.

Security

The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.

No dogs/animals permitted on site

No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] during office opening times to advise if you will be bringing a guide/assistance dog.

Please respect our neighbours

We kindly ask that all ticketholders driving to the circuit this weekend drive or ride carefully and considerately both when travelling to and leaving the venue.
