Circuito de Navarra
Circuito de Navarra became part of the MSV Group on 1 November 2022, after its bid was selected for the freehold purchase by the public company NICDO. It has been completely transformed by MSV following a major redevelopment programme, and is now considered one of the best circuits in Europe.
Circuito de Navarra WebsiteThe racetrack possesses a FIA Grade 2 licence and is built to FIM Grade B standards, ensuring that the venue is cleared to host a range of race categories on two and four wheels up to an international level. There is also an impressive 800m karting circuit, skid pan area and off-road course.
The facility itself has been completely transformed since it became part of the MotorSport Vision (MSV) group in November 2022. Under MSV’s ownership, the circuit has undergone a multi-million Euro redevelopment programme. Completed in September 2024, the extensive alterations have culminated in a much faster, more flowing layout with a completely new 650 metre extension including all-new Turns 11 to 14, as well as extensive resurfacing and a reprofiled Turn 6.
Circuito de Navarra was recently built and only opened in 2010. Further to the track itself, it boasts outstanding facilities including 32 first-class pit garages, 17 hospitality suites and 27,500 sq m of asphalt paddock space, as well as spacious administration offices, a media centre and race event operations accommodation. A vast 3,500 sq m viewing terrace above the pit garages looks over the main straight and up to the 2000 sq m hill top conference building, with spectacular views of the circuit complex and stunning surrounding countryside.
The venue has held many prestigious events in the past decade, including the Bennetts British Superbike Championship, FIA GT1 World Championship and Blancpain GT Series (now known as GT World Challenge Europe) and World Superbikes.
A huge strength of Circuito de Navarra is the beautiful location. The venue is close to vibrant cities such as Pamplona and Logroño, as well as the neighbouring La Rioja region.
The scenery, food, wine and hospitality is outstanding, and this provides a major attraction to those who come from outside of Navarra and indeed Spain.
